Purchasing If you see something on our website that you want (and we hope you do) we will make every effort possible to ship you that item. We do need for you to understand that we will only be able to fill your order based on availability. Also, we do need to state that everyone’s color monitor is different. If you are not sure what the coloration of an item is, please give us a call.
Gifts If you are making a purchase for someone else, we have complementary gift wrap available and can ship it directly to the recipient. Also, we have gift certificates available and can be purchased in any amount.
Shipping Unless otherwise specified, The Emerald Isle will ship your order via UPS. To use UPS, we must be shipping to a physical location, not a P.O. Box.
Returns In the event that what you order isn’t just perfect or doesn’t fit, please send it back. Here are are only rules for a full refund: 1. You may NOT return something that you have worn and the garment or jewelry item should have our original tag still affixed. 2. We ask that you return your item(s) within 30 days of the original sale.

We do recommend that you insure your package for the full value and keep your receipt of shipping so you can track the package if needed.
